In Memoriam: Mizpah Jimbo June 2003

Mizpah Jimbo, the champion sire in Scandinavia and father to many of the current Mizpah dogs has passed away in Denmark.
Jimbo will be missed in Scandinavia for a long time and it is a loss that is felt in equal measure on Mizpah.

| In Memoriam: Mizpah PJ Powers 17/05/2003

The "Grandmother" of the pack on Mizpah, PJ
Powers silently passed away in her sleep. Without doubt Mizpah
PJ Powers was the best of Boerboel mothers on Mizpah. She
gave birth to close to one hundred puppies and lived her golden
years in retirement on the farm. Of particular note was her
gentle temperament and the fact that she remained as the alpha
female in the pack until her death. The photo alongside taken
shortly before her death has PJ Powers in the background and
Mizpah Cinderella in the foreground.

Tolla was arguably the most famous dog ever on Mizpah.
Tolla has fathered over a thousand puppies between 1992 and
2000. On the Mizpah farm Tolla has been laid to rest in the
'heroes' acre next to Mizpah Jimmy and Jan-Su Daantjie Donderbos.
The photo alongside was taken about 4 months before Tolla
passed away. Tolla will always be remembered for his exceptional
gentle temperament, a quality which has been passed on to
his descendants.
Tolla's legacy lives forth in his son, Mizpah Woef 89.5%.
On May 17th 2003 Mizpah Woef weighed in at 150 pounds (68.18
Kg).
A memorial page dedicated to Oppibult Tolla II and the exploits
of his hundreds of offspring is presently under construction.
