Mizpah Charlie was appraised at 84% by the HBSA
while the SABT appraisal was 76.4%. The appraisers
of the SABT were board members of the SABT doing
a refresher course as appraisers. The appraisals
were less than two months apart. The appraisers
of the HBSA were the chairman Carel Koch and Dr
Peter Millstein. In our view this discrepancy of
7.6% between the associations demonstrate the
bias of the persons in control of the
SABT.
